As a stylist I've worked with hundreds of women of all ages, shapes and stages of life and know that we all have body insecurities - however I firmly believe you can wear anything at any age, it's about finding your own sense of style and knowing what will give you real body confidence and what won't. 

 

While I'm currently not running my 1-2-1 styling services, I continue to work in the fashion industry with some incredible brands, and my blog has a range of articles around how to regain a sense of order back in your wardrobe, how you can shop smarter, and how to source carefully selected pieces that really suit you and your body shape.
