HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The Virtual Personal Shop package is £225

The Virtual Body Shape Masterclass is £150

Your Fashion on Repeat package is £135

WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY YOU?

l provide a detailed invoice after each session that covers all costs and you can pay by bank transfer.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

At the moment I am not charging clients cancellation fees - with the current climate and situation we're in, I completely understand that your circumstances may change very quickly.

I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT BEFORE I BOOK, WHEN SHOULD I CALL YOU?

The purpose of the services I provide is to show you how you can dress for your body shape and feel confident now. I’m more than happy if you want to book when you’re ready, but don’t feel you have an obligation to lose any weight! I work with women of all shapes and sizes and think it’s really important to note this is about gaining self-confidence and feeling confident being you, not a different version of you.

WILL I HAVE TO BE NAKED IN FRONT OF YOU?

Obviously you’ll have to take your clothes off to try on others during the 'Your Fashion on Repeat' package, however you can change in another room if you feel more comfortable. You will also have your underwear on during the duration of the sessions so there is no need to strip completely.

Every women I work with has some part of their body they’re not in love with, but this whole experience is about learning to love it all – stretch marks and all (I include myself in that and can always share my stretch marks with you to make you feel better!).

HOW WILL YOU KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM TO SUGGEST KEY ITEMS i MIGHT LIKE TO PURCHASE IN THE FUTURE?

When you make your online appointment with me I will send you a detailed questionnaire to complete prior to your session. This gives me a good insight into what you’re hoping for, so it’s important to be as honest with me as possible! We will cover what your concerns are, what you hope to achieve from your appointment and a range of other questions, all of which will help make our session together as productive as possible.

WHAT BUDGET SHOULD I HAVE FOR the virtual personal SHOP?

This really depends on you – I can work within your set budget and can show you how we can find clothes that suit you no matter how much you want spend. You are also under no obligation to buy anything I suggest and you can use the session as a 'fact finding' opportunity as I will talk about body shape, colours, styles and look at brands you might not typically wear.
